What costs are added?▾
Forwards plus postage, unit prices for services beyond your included allowance, storage fees for parcels after the free storage period, and shipping labels as per the price list.
Can I change my plan at any time?▾
Yes, upgrade anytime. Downgrade at the next billing month. No penalties.
What happens to unused included quotas?▾
Expire at the end of the month. No carryover.
What happens to packages I don't pick up?▾
The free storage period depends on your plan (see table). After that, a daily storage fee per parcel applies, calculated per day until you forward it. So you can leave parcels with us and forward them whenever it suits you. We remind you before the free period ends.
How does bulk forwarding work?▾
A bulk forward combines several letters in one shipment. In the portal you choose which letters go along, whether just one or all of them. You can also forward several parcels together, and we repack them into one carton, plus repacking. How many go per order and what repacking costs is shown in the portal before you confirm.
What is discreet repackaging?▾
For a parcel forward we attach a new shipping label to the unopened original parcel by default. On request we repack the parcel, still unopened, into a neutral box that gives no hint where you ordered. You see the surcharge in the portal before you confirm. For bundled parcels the repackaging is always included.
What is the letter archive?▾
We keep letters for the free storage period (see table) and then destroy them securely, with reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before. From the Advanced plan you can archive individual letters in the portal. Archived letters are kept physically and digitally, and after that we charge a fee per day and letter (see table). You can end archiving at any time.
Can I ship parcels myself via ProxyHub?▾
Yes, depending on your plan you create shipping labels directly in the portal (see table). The sender is always your ProxyHub address, your own address stays private. We calculate the price from weight, dimensions and destination and show it before you buy. You pay with your balance or directly in the checkout. Print the label and drop the parcel off yourself, or hand it in to us.
